Capital relocates to New Premises

February 2006, Capital Sewer Services Inc. have moved to our new Head Offices at 389 Kenora Avenue, Hamilton, Ontario, L8E 2W3. The 40,000 sq ft existing structure was completely gutted and renovated to form a “state of the art” office space for Capital’s Managerial and Administration staff.

Administration Centre was designed by Thier + Curren Architects, beautifully decorated under the guidance of Mrs. Rita Bates and construction was completed by STF Construction Ltd.

The new offices incorporate larger, brighter office spaces, a custom designed boardroom, beautiful kitchen/lunch room, locker room for operations crews and plenty of drive in, secure space for Capital’s ever increasing fleet of service vehicles. The new location also has a separate dedicated Wet-out facility located to the rear of the property; this facility will house the Cured in Place Divisions liner impregnation operations, which produced 20 kilometers of CIPP liner in 2005.
